A Conferência Internacional de Publicação Eletrónica (International Conference on Electronic Publishing) realiza-se no próximo ano em Portugal, na cidade de Guimarães, capital europeia da cultura.

O tema da conferência deste ano, que irá decorrer nos dias 14 e 15 de Junho, é «Social Shaping of Digital Publishing: Exploring the interplay between Culture and Technology».

O «call for papers» iniciou-se hoje e prolonga-se até 9 de Janeiro de 2012. Os temas em debate serão os seguintes:

1 – Digital Scholarship, Open Access and Open Science

2 –Interoperability and the Intelligent Web

3 – The Social and Mobile Web

4 – The legal, secure and trustful Web

5 – Innovative interfaces, interaction and visualization

6 – Failures and learnings

7 – The future of Digital Publishing
